We really enjoyed golfing a couple of times this Summer

On my Birthday it rained a ton! And I kept getting caught in it driving. On the way home from a Cross Country meet , Braden and I stopped and took this picture. The photo doesn't do it justice how cool it looked.

I took Carol and Jaycie up to one of my favorite hikes -Upper Falls

February 2018

The most exciting thing that happened in February was that Chelsie came home!!!

Valentine's Day was the day and it was a very happy reunion. We went and picked her up at the airport, had dinner and brought her home. So good to have her home!

However, for her it was definitely an adjustment.  After her "exit" interview with President Jensen he said that Chelsie didn't just go "through a mission". The mission went through her and changed her for the better.

Spring Break: We celebrated the fact we finished 1st Nephi as a family and went to Color Me Mine

Memories... March

March

1) Chelsie and I went on a bike ride down by Utah Lake and a couple pointed out 3 bald eagles in the trees.

2) Mikaela's birthday! Here she is opening up one of her presents. Chelsie's great wrapping job. Happy 23 Mikaela!

3) Celebrating Veronica's birthday with her at Kneaders

Our poor spare tire. This was after we replaced our other tire which looked just as bad or worse. Marc and I crashed into the curb late one December night after Marc swerved, and skidded and crashed  when 8 deer (Santa's reindeer?) ran in front of us on State Street. We missed the deer thankfully!
