March was a crazy month. Women United had our annual Chocolate Bash, which went really well. Marc and I then left that weekend for our cruise. We went with Jacques and Associates. We got to California, checked in and waited and waited. After 9 hours, we were told the cruise was cancelled. They never said why but we knew it was because of Covid19. Covid 19 was a pandemic that was sweeping the world and we knew it was kinda risky going because another cruise was quarantined in the middle of sea and some of the people were infected. We found out later, that  a worker from the quarantined cruise came over to work on our cruise ship and the Cdc was concerned. That's why it was cancelled. It was nuts!  The 14 of us were shuttled with the other 2000 to the La airport Marriott  hotel. There we rented some vans and drove to Annaheim to stay at an

The kids got so bored staying home they made a golf course in the house

Waiting at the terminal for 8 hours for our non cruise
Airbnb. We decided to go to Disneyland. Sunday we went to church and to the beach. Monday and Tuesday we went to Disneyland. Half of us went home Tuesday night (me) and the other half stayed and went to 6 Flags (Marc).

Once we got home, the Coronapocolypse happened. Thursday, things started to shut down. We were know longer able to go to church, we were told to stay home if we can. People started to work from home. Friday all schools closed and the kids started doing online school.

The stores were crazy and the world ran out of toilet paper:/

And if that wasn't bad enough on Wednesday, Mikaela's birthday, there was an earthquake. I thought it was going to be the 2nd coming for sure. But it wasn't. Mikaela came over and we played games and order J Dawgs. Sunday we celebrated her birthday with a barbecue.

Missionaries are being sent home. Those in foreign lands and those with health issues. Alyssa gets to stay, but she is doing missionary work mostly online.
